The job:
In this position, you are part of a professional team that serves as a center of excellence for financial reporting and consolidation within Sandvik, and this includes handling the Group M&A from a reporting and consolidation perspective.

Your main responsibilities are to:

  • Independently drive external and internal M&A and divestment projects related to financial reporting
  • Maintain the Sandvik Group’s investment register
  • Ensure correct, IFRS compliant and timely delivery of consolidated financial data for reporting purposes
  • Support the organization in M&A related accounting matters
  • Actively cooperate with stakeholders and other M&A teams across the globe to fulfill your mission
  • Occasionally support the consolidation team

Located at our headquarters in central Stockholm, with the possiblity of occational travel. You report to the Group Accounting Manager.

Your skills and personality:
We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration, combined with solid experience from group accounting and IFRS. You have also had at least some involvement in M&A projects before. Preferably you come from an acquisition intensive environment. You’re comfortable using different tools and systems, SAP BPC or Onestream is a merit. As we work in an international setting, you communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.

With your excellent communication skills, you effortlessly build trust among stakeholders and create strong and lasting relationships with the people you meet.
