The scope of the role evolves with business priorities, offering both strategic exposure and hands-on involvement where it matters most. If you are looking for a role with real impact, senior exposure, and the opportunity to help steer the financial agenda of the company, this is it.

Main tasks and responsibilities as Finance Manager:
Group Finance Leadership:

Performance Management & Commercial Steering
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance follow-up for the Nordic region. Hold responsibility for P&L, cash flow, working capital, and cost and margin improvement initiatives. Ensure new customer contracts meet profitability and return requirements.
Transformation, Systems & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Driving digitalization, system development, and implementation of modern analytics and reporting tools. Promote more efficient ways of working and strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization, including close collaboration with the German subsidiary and participation in Business Reviews.
Qualifications and experience:
We are seeking a commercially driven finance leader who thrives in an international, fast-paced environment, ideally with experience from listed or private equity-backed companies. As a strategic Finance Business Partner to the CEO, CFO, and Nordic management team, you will play a key role in both decision-making and hands-on execution, combining strategic leadership with operational excellence.
You bring 3–5 years of experience as a CFO or Finance Manager within manufacturing, with a strong foundation in accounting, business controlling, financial covenants, and bank relations. Experience in audit, and industries such as manufacturing or transportation is highly valued. Fluent in English and Swedish.
Personal characteristics:
We are looking for a confident, collaborative and trustworthy Finance Manager who identifies business opportunities and contributes to profitable growth. You combine strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex challenges, prioritize effectively, and deliver clear follow-up in a dynamic environment.
Business- and result-oriented, you are self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to driving performance. You build trust across functions and borders and communicate clearly to influence stakeholders. If you are motivated by impact and long-term value creation, this is your opportunity to take the next step.
