On behalf of Recipharm, we are now recruiting a Treasury Manager, based in Stockholm. Recipharm is seeking a skilled Treasury Manager to oversee various aspects of its organization’s treasury function. As a Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the company’s cash flows, liquidity and do debt and risk management. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient capital allocation, maintaining strong banking relationships, and implementing treasury best practices. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and a strong attention to detail. The Treasury Manager reports to the Head of Treasury.
Main tasks and areas of responsibility as Treasury Manager:
• Management of the company’s IC loan portfolio.
• Oversee and manage the company’s liquidity structure and levels to support the organization’s operational and strategic objectives.
• Oversee and manage the company’s 3rd party debt portfolio, related covenants and reporting requirements.
• Identify, assess, and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counterparty risks.
• Develop and implement financial risk mitigation strategies and related policies and procedures.
Qualifications and experience:
For this position a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field is required, a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA) would be a plus. To be successful in the role you need proven experience (5+ years) in treasury management, preferably in a corporate or consultancy setting. You have a strong knowledge of cash management and financial instruments and a proficiency in financial modelling. Your familiarity with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements is appreciated and you are a highly skilled Excel user.

With your strong communication and interpersonal skills, you build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders easily.
