Accounting Manager to ESSVE, Stockholm

Are you an experienced Accounting Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality financial results in a dynamic, international setting? Would you like to join our team at ESSVE, where you will play a key role in ensuring the financial health of three of our Group’s companies in Sweden and Norway? This position offers you the chance to work closely with key stakeholders, and drive improvements that will enhance our operations and efficiency. This position reports directly to CFO ESSVE Group and is part of our Finance & IT team.

Your main areas of responsibility as Accounting Manager:

• Financial Statements: Perform monthly reconciliations and participate in the work on annual accounts and the annual report and report to owners
• Tax Compliance: Declaration work, preparing and submitting tax returns and other tax management
• Internal Pricing: Take lead in our price process between ESSVE companies twice a year.

• ERP Expertise: Super user for Dynamics F&O, participating in ERP testing and version upgrades three times a year.
• Audit Support and statistical reporting: Assist in the audit process to ensure smooth, compliant operations and regular reporting to the Central Statistical Office (SCB).

Qualifications and experience:

We’re looking for someone with a degree in accounting, finance, or auditing, paired with proven experience as an Accounting Manager. You have good knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian accounting and tax regulations, with a strong understanding of internal and external reporting processes. Since we operate globally, fluency in English is essential.

You should be a solution-oriented and proactive person who wants to develop our accounting function. You have both a structured and analytic mindset and are used to deadlines. You communicate clearly and are comfortable to interact with colleagues around the company with maintained professionalism in handeling all matters. ESSVE need someone who can GET IT DONE.
