CFO to interesting company, Stockholm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and management.
• Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure that new customer contracts meet the required profitability and return metrics.
• Manage future refinancings of the business and relationship with lenders.
• Manage large-scale investments and capital expenditures, focusing on maximizing long-term return on investment.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies regarding financial practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, with a team oriented leadership.
  

Qualifications and experience

• Academic higher education with a focus on economics, engineering or related subjects.
• Several years of experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within a large-scale organization.
• Strong understanding of large, long-term investment strategies and experience managing high-value portfolios, if possible withing the infrastructure sector.
• Experience working with private equity (PE) firms and a solid understanding of the dynamics within PE-backed businesses.
• Excellent leadership with a team oriented approach, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a hands-on approach to driving results.
