Group Finance Manager to Fagerhult Group, Stockholm

The Group Finance Manager role at Fagerhult Group is a senior and important role heading the Group Finance Team. The role and team work closely with the CFO and collaborate with other Group Functions such as Tax, Legal, M&A, Sustainability and Head of Communications. The Group Finance Manager with the team also has close contact and collaboration with the local Finance Directors. The team’s main areas of responsibilities can be summarized as all financial group reporting and connected processes as well as ensuring compliance with IFRS in group consolidated accounts. There are good possibilities for the manager to develop the team and processes to ensure moving focus from reporting to support CFO to drive the group’s business performance.

Main tasks and responsibilities as Group Finance Manager

• Group consolidation and closing processes; weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual including external and internal group consolidated financial reports and cash flows
• Ensure IFRS accounting and reporting compliance throughout the group
• Drive and challenge business in forecast and budget processes and support CFO and Management with financial presentations.
• Group Audit Process and collaboration with Auditors
• Integration of acquisitions and participation in M&A Financial DD activities
• Treasury activities regarding covenant calculation and bank administration
• Lead a team of 2 members and ensure back-up and individual development plans

Qualifications and experience

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional who likely holds a relevant academic degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. You are highly skilled in reporting according to IFRS and you have solid experience from group consolidation. Moreover, you are experienced in leading forecast and budget processes. In this position you will have a balance between hands-on and strategic thinking. Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken, is needed in this position, as you’ll be working in a dynamic, global environment where clear communication is key.
